Before founding RJS Janitorial Service in 1994 Roy J Schukraft Jr- founder and owner worked for and at several Janitorial and Cleaning companies for over 10 years. Mixing his business degree with his janitorial experience Roy developed the skills required to start his own janitorial company. From the beginning, Roy put his experience to work and has since created a successful business by focusing on client satisfaction and employee development. Today, Roy oversees all of the company's activities and is completely involved in all phases of the business to ensure that the standards of the company are met at every job site.
