How RJS Found This Counter

This picture can only show a visual idea of what we were up against here. Fortunately for you the viewer you don't have to feel the 1/2" of grease and put on a breathing mask to get away from the smell. I thought three pictures was needed to show you what RJS is capable of.

Counter Cleaning Phase II

After allowing the grease solvents to soak - we attacked this counter and stovetop using green pads, steel wool and metal scrappers. When buildup is to this extent - we also have to use a hot steam machine to loosen remnants that chemicals cant penetrate.

Seeing is believing. When the owners thought this was a lost cause we saved them hundreds of dollars in having to replace this entire unit. Although the process is long and not easy - RJS Janitorial has the products, chemicals, equipment and knowledge to get the most difficult job done.

We offer Residential Cleaning services and Home office cleaning. We clean interior home from top to bottom as well as exterior homes using full strength power washing equipment.

Medical Facilities

We make sure Medical Facilities are completely free from any and all dust, thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and deodorized. When doing floor work in medical environments we use low zinc wax compounds to reduce electromagnetic-shocks which may harm delicate equipment!

This flooring is constantly being used. It faces tough conditions throughout the entire year. It is damaged by rock salt, mud, stone, etc.

All areas of flooring are completely restored. Two coats of wax are applied. Spray buffing is recommended after 4 weeks.

Gymnasium Flooring

Stripped all wood and applied 3 coats of super-sealant.

Tub - Before

Tub is filled with soap scum and horrible dirt rings. Chrome faucets are barely visible. Black tile walling is covered with soap scum, tooth paste and hard water stains.

Tub - After

Soap scum and dirt are removed. Tub is disinfected. Even after years of neglect, RJS Janitorial was able to restore this tub.
