5/19/08 Our company had been dealing with lack of quality and an eye for detail for a long time, we previously had 4 companies in the past year come in and we were not pleased with any of them. RJS gave us a solution to our problem areas and the owner and his immediate family come in one per month and really do an all out blitz. This has worked perfectly. The regular cleaning girl is here 3 days a week and that extra effort for the monthly blitz never lets things get out of control any longer. RJS supplies us with all of our toilet paper, trash liner, lotion soap, paper towels and they also keep inventory of all the product so this is one less thing we have to worry about. Their invoices are very precise and easy to read, they have been cleaning here for over 4 years and they put together a program that is not only affordable but also one that works! 7/14/08 Thought it would be a good idea to express my satisfaction with this company. I am a representative of a national service provider. RJS covers a handful of retail accounts at the Walden Galleria Mall and Blvd Mall. They are always on time and update me any time there are any issues with store management or store personnel. Their paperwork is always store stamped, neat and signed off-on. I would recommend this company for all levels of work if you are a out of state national account representative. A company that always crosses their T's and dots their I's is quite hard to find.

4/29/09 Spring cleaning was just completed by the RJS staff. Our building looks awesome! Thanks Roy! The floors turned out so nice and shiny! For the first time in a long time our building smells and looks great. You did an awesome job on the floors, carpeting and the windows. I am seriously considering calling in our previous vendor to show them what this building should have looked like for the past year. Susan H.

5/28/09 Sent RJS on a job to clean out an office that was vacant for a little over a year. A new owner took over and wanted everything to look good for the evaluation for the insurance photos. The owner was so pleased with how they turned this office around he decided to award them the cleaning contract that he was already giving to another company! I have sent RJS on probably 40 jobs in the past couple of years. I have never heard one bad comment from any of my clients. The owner is present on a lot of jobs and his staff are second to NONE!
